Draw the head
In the upper part of your page, leave a little space at the top for the antlers. Draw a round head that gets a little narrower at the bottom, like an upside down egg. Press lightly so you can fix it later.
▶ Watch this stepThis cartoon deer is made from simple shapes: a round head, leaf shaped ears, small antlers and a pear shaped body. Watch each step being drawn in pencil, then copy it on your own paper. It works for kids from about age 5 and for adult beginners too.
Copy the dark lines in each step. The grey lines are the parts you already drew.
